Privacy Policy

a) Information You Provide

When you use Ancurio, you may create decks, flashcards, and study notes. This content is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud Sync, in your personal iCloud account.

b) iCloud Data

If you enable iCloud Sync, your flashcard data (decks, cards, study progress) is synced via Apple's iCloud service and is associated with your Apple ID. We do not have access to your iCloud data. Apple's privacy policy governs how iCloud handles your information.

c) Subscription Information

Ancurio offers optional paid subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information. Purchase receipts and subscription status are managed by Apple. We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription state; RevenueCat processes only anonymized purchase data.

d) Imported Files

If you import flashcards via CSV or TXT files, those files are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to any server.

e) Crash Reports and Diagnostics

With your permission, anonymous crash reports and basic diagnostic data may be collected to improve App stability. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.

Any data we receive (e.g., via support emails) is used solely to:

• Respond to your support inquiries
• Fix bugs and improve App performance
• Comply with legal obligations

Your flashcard data remains on your device and in your iCloud account under your full control. You may delete your data at any time by removing it from within the App or deleting the App entirely.

Ancurio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will promptly address it.

Ancurio may integrate with the following third-party services:

• Apple iCloud – for data sync (governed by Apple's Privacy Policy)
• Apple App Store / StoreKit – for subscription management
• RevenueCat – for subscription analytics (anonymized data only)

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Since most data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account, the security of that data is also dependent on your device security settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on the App Store page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
